Our on-line research of various EV Charging networks across the country reveals a consistent EV charger status of "offline" across most charging networks hovering around 30% +.

Offline charging machines do not generate income and produce negative reactions from consumers which damages your reputation.

We stand ready to help EV charging companies and owners quickly identify offline chargers so more proactive steps can be taken to restore them to operational capability.

We currently offer weekly, monthly or on-demand reports about your site(s) anywhere in the United States and on-site technician service in selected areas of the country -

We will provide you with a snapshot of your site status with a .csv file containing Site Name, Address, State, Zip, Charger Site Status and a date / time stamp.  Fees vary depending on the number of sites you need data for and the frequency of your reporting needs.

 

If one charging machine at a site is down, we report the site to you.  This data proves valuable for your further internal targeted investigation, troubleshooting, action to restore offline machines at the site to an operational status or equipment warranty claims as applicable to your situation.

As we expand our operations we are working to build a network of on-site technicians to dispatch across the country for on-site troubleshooting or replacement of level 1 or level 2 EV Chargers when directed by you.  Level 3 chargers are currently only supported for reporting and routine on-site visits to validate machine status.
